question about the apr stage III kit.
Does upgrading the turbo/chip put more strain on the engine? for example would upgrading the a4 with the stage III kit do as much damage as always running a 100 shot NOS? sorry for the newbie question. i am very new to audi and turbo. thanks

Here's the thing: With nitrous, you're limited as to when you can use it or how often, plus it's very illegal. If you get the stage 3 kit, your car will always be fast, every second of every day, all you need is gas. Also, the 1.8 engine should be able to take the extra power, it's been used for like 20 years! Just don't drive like a madman!
