Default Question about wheel alignment

Just wondering if having a (lousy) dealership in Sacramento replace front rotors & brakes on my '01 S4 and do several wheel rotations to locate a droning noise (turned out to be rear wheel bearing) could affect the wheel alignment. Since the work, my steering wheel is off by about 8-10 degrees when driving straight. The car doesn't pull to the left or right, it's only the steering wheel offset.
Naturally, the dealer is claiming they did nothing to affect the alignment and won't fix it. I tried getting Audi USA involved to no avail and now I'm getting the cold shoulder from the service manager as well as the dealership manager.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Default the only thing i can think of....

while doing the front brakes they accidently moved the steering rack. i'd get someone to check to see if the rack mounts are tight.
