Default ran on dyno, car is way off

i have a giac K04 chip...car is WAY too rich in mid run to o so lean in the upper rpm...tried to upload chart and it seems to get smashed by pictureposter...i wanted to see if i could get some input here but i cant post dyno chart??

...looks like the chart (or your K04) has a problem. It's not spooling until ~3K rpm.

Default That would cause the car to run so rich and then when it does spool up

to full boost it starts to level back to where it should be. It does seem funny that it does not hit full boost till 3700 rpms.
