REALLY need help installing Air Intake on 2.8 A4!!!!
hey all,
i'm installing my air intake right now and i've run into a little problem. Aside from the cone filter, i got this small "breather" filter and i dont know where it goes! also there is a small hose about the diameter of the breather going into my air box. i cant get the hose off in order to take out my air box. could this hose be the place to put the breather??

yes that hose is where you put the breather, that is where exhaust goes back into your engine to keep it warm in the winter, you put a breather on it so the dirty blow back from the engine doesn't coat your engine in dirt, but for the most part it doesn't matter.
