If you want to make your stock intercooler more effective... (continued)
get the S4 left front rubber air intake to the left intercooler, cut it to fit with the stock rubber intercoooler intake which is too small to effectively cool the intercooler. I wish I have pics to show you this but with the S4 wheel liner, its very effective combo and you will feel this especially when the temps drop below 40 degrees farenheit.

I've thought about this....
but you'd have to make new endtanks for the IC, weld them on, and make some new piping.
And what do you have? A stock IC in a better location. Will it cool better? Probably, but not by much. You'd be better off starting with a nice Spearco core or something if you're going to go through all this trouble. By then you'd have as much into it as APR's soon-to-be-released kit.
