Removing 15HP restrictor on V10 S6

Removing 15HP restrictor on V10 S6
Has anyone successfully found how audi restricts the S6 the 15 hp over the S8. This is what I've learned so far.
The change is not in the software, I've spoke to tuners who've developed software for both, and even after modding both ecus, there is still a 13-15 hp gap.
I have the latest all data cd, I will look through the diagrams and compare part #s.
Maybe a restrictor flap/plate in the intake. Throttle bodies, larger exhaust port?
What do you guys think?
