Default Replacing 4.2 V8 with 4.2 FSI V8

I've considered replacing my 4.2 V8 (A8 2003) with a used 4.2 FSI V8 (RS5 2011), with the intention of fitting it with a manual transmission and probably supercharging it. I got some questions that needs to be answered before my brain can comprehend what I'm about to attempt.

1. Does it fit? If not, how much tweaking would it take to make it fit? (the plan is to keep the old engine so that I'll be able to swap it back pre-inspection)

2. Is there a manual transmission that fits this engine and can handle the torque while supercharged?

3. Are there any affordable superchargers that would fit this engine?

Thank you in advance!
