Default I would run a South Bend Stg 3 or 4 OFE Street Series with a solid FW

I am running one with a LWFW. Took a little getting to it.

034 Motorsports has a solid steel FW. I am not a fan of the DMFW.

Default DMFW = spongy and soft

solid mass = solid
