RS4 k04 turbo questions...

So I found that you can get the RS4 Kow turbo for our cars it flows 30% more than a traditional K04
the question is there and programming availablr to take avantage of this fact does anyone know?

A search for "K04-26" brings up nothing...

Don't know much about these kits coming out but heard some rumblings from this thread...
