S3 constant speed hesitation - Help appreciated
I´ve read lots of postings with regard to diverter valve problems which affects the turbo pressure somehow (I´m no expert).
For the past 3,000 miles, I´ve been experiencing a constant hesitation by the car when driving at a constant speed between 3000 and 4000 rpm. If feels like if the Turbo turns on and then turns off, turns on and then turn off, back and back again. Like continuous pulses of acceleration.
Is this due to a faulty D/V? Has someone experienced this before?
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Re: that sounds like the bypass (D/V) valve is opening
Thanks for the input. I´ll check if the hose is cracked somewhere.
I also heard that there should be a vacuum between the hose and the dump valve right? If not, that means there´s air leakage and thus the valve not working properly, is that correct?

Re: it goes from vac to boost... when the turbo produces boost some of the air pressure is used to
Again, thanks for the input and help.
I´ll check it myself to see if I´m able to locate the problem, and then take the car to the shop and hopefully fix the problem.
