Default S4 BSFC question - are RS4 injectors limited?

Anyone know the Brake Specific Fuel Consumption for the 2.7T with K04s and RS4 injectors that has actually been dyno measured? I need this for calculating the maximum HP for RS4 injectors. I know the usual assumed BSFC for a turbo engine is .6, but I need the actual. There have been claims about the limitations of the RS4 injectors, and some tuners are exceeding them, some are using larger injectors.

Default Get a part # and call bosch tech. or Marren/RC Engineering they have a lot of specs

and dont forget that they are mostly tested w/43lbs of pressure, so use a formula to convert to cc's per min using the pressure you plan to run at. Some injectors flow better at higher pressure and some dont tho. It will be an expensive proposition to find the right mix unless you know all the factors. I am a big proponent of targeting your output desired and working back w/ programming being the last consideration but a hugely important one. You can get a rough estimate by dividing the rs4 hp output by 6 and seeing how many hp per hole the beast produced and also by finding how much the german kits get with the same injectors. I beleive there is a kit for 480 that uses the stock inj. (I may be wrong but it doesnt matter for this example). so in this example use 480/6 or 80 hp per hole in your 4 cylinder you could expect 320 hp if the same FP and inj. duty cycle were used with all other considerations being equal. any engine which produces over 100hp per hole is a highly tuned engine and I personally think 130 per hole is pushing the limits even in a highly tuned engine if it is expected to repeatedly start. 100 per hole honestly hooked up in a 3000lb car will get into the 11's with a good driver and the proper start. Anyway this is why you need to use bigger injectors than aare on the rs4 to acheive the same power, or some mix of programming and fuel pressure.
