Default S4/European fenderliners - what for?
What are they for? Increase clearance for larger wheels and tires, or more air to the intercooler?If there is a performance gain is it quantifiable or seat of the pants. Or does it help lower intake temps...which would also be good for me, living in Houston and driving on I-45. Thanks for the input.

Default intercooler
It helps vent air from the the backside of the IC and thus allows more air to flow through it.
