S4 vs A8 brake upgrade
Is the general consenus, that since upgrading the rear rotors on a MY00 Quatro is not a "plug&play" option to the S4's vented. Since you still have to buy new calipers that you should just bite the bullet and go all the way to the A8's.
Same for the fronts as well?

Re: S4 vs A8 brake upgrade
Unless I'm wrong, standard A8 rotors are 269mm by 20mm, vented. S8 rear rotors are 22mm. S4 rears are 245mm by 20mm, vented. S6 rear rotors are also 22mm thick.
It'd be obvious to use the largest rotor for heat dissipation, and since calipers will need to be swapped, you might as well get the best option.
Has anyone ever gotten the S8 or S6 rear calipers & rotors? Any reason why it wouldn't work?
