the reason i ask is because I noticed an add for threaded sleaves available for bilstein shocks making them more height adjustable..anyone know much about these? where can i find an application guide? who makes this?

Adjustable Koni's go with adjustable coilover suspensions quite well...Then there are Penske's, but not for a street car, just wouldn't make any sense to use them.
