Sick of high clutch catch point in 2000 S4...

My clutch catches very near the top of the movement of the clutch pedal. Is there a way to adjust it to catch lower on my own? Can it be adjusted by the dealer or am I stuck?

i don't think the dealer can do it......

i told them that i felt my clutch being too high, and ask if someone could lower it. but they said that they can't do it. but if you figure out how to do it, please e-mail me. or post it. thanks in advance.

There should be a mechanical adjuster on the clutch master cylinder

Where the pedal attaches to the master cylinder there is an adjustable eye bolt.
