selling t-28 turbo and manifold.....5k miles on it ..asking price $1400 obo....

& is this from the PES kit, or are these "off the shelf" parts

Default I dont think that is a PES kit or he would have said so in the first place.
Sounds more like a stock T28 and a manifold adaptor. Why would you only put 5000 miles on a PES kit and sell it for $1300, that is just nuts. I put more then that on my first turbo.

Well a used PES kit would still go for almost $3000 with that little miles on it.

that actually is a PES t-28 manifold and a turbo....it's no the wholekit though...just manifold and t-28 turbo.....

BTW why are you selling it and is it just the manifold and turbo or the whole kit?

just manifold and t-28 with oil inlet and outlet fittings, turbo to downpipe adapter,....the rest my friend kept in his passat....
