Is there a break-in required on a new turbocharger or can I stomp away? ;-)

It's not a bad idea to run them easy for a few tanks before you really open them up.....
not that you need to avoid full boost, but put that extra attention into warm up & cool down, & keep the boost low(lower) until the engine's at normal operating temps. Like 2.0 says though, most turbos are tested, plus if they're bad out of the box, they'll most likely "go" right away!
