Uneaven pad wear.

I just replaced my brake pads. The outer pad was already gone (as you can see on the pic its metal part got in contact with the rotor already), wheres the inner pad looked like new. It was the same on the other wheel.
Anyone have a clue what is going on ? The car is one and the half year old and has 30k miles.

Caliper did not move from side to side to center on the brake rotor . . .
I have no idea what would cause that, because the engineers designed the caliper to move from side to side to allow it to center on the brake rotor as the pads wear down.
In any event, it appears that you have a serious problem that may or may not have a simple solution. I would pull the calipers off first (remove 7mm hex bolts and see if the outer casings look smooth--possibly they need lubrication with some synthetic brake grease), then look at the caliper holders themselves (see if they appear centered on the rotor).
Ferodo makes good pads, but did you get different inner and outer pads by mistake? Brembo rotors should work flawlessly; however, check to see if the outer side of the rotor appears rougher than the inner side (for some inexplicable reason) or if the rotors have a taller or shorter "hat" than specification (its possible the rotors belong to another VW specification than that of the A4).

One of two things...
...either you didn't grease the pins or one of the pins is bent. To tell if it's bent, roll it on something that you know is smooth. You'll see if it's bent. That can happen if you are tightening things without a torque wrench and get a little over zealous. Not all is lost if it is bent because they are cheap, cheap, cheap.
