Default Yes. Works just fine and dandy. However, I've not run it w/ summer time ambient temperatures and

humidity as yet so I can't address that 'extreme'.

Default I'm having water injection installed on my car as the motor is getting rebuilt...

I'm doing it more as a safety feature, but I may consider picking up a race gas program and trying that out some day.

Default Why, I didnt know any US motors were that much 'on the edge' yet

Water inj. is a last gasp effort when detonation is a problem, and you are much better off solving the problem than dousing it in water. Are you running a lot of cutting edge stuff.? If for any other reason then save your money IMO. Remember water has no energy.

It's a good substitute for higher octane fuel if you want to run more timing.

Default I'm only running in it in an effort to bandaid the tuning...

The last thing I want to do right now is have my car down for another four months. Whenever I'm on highboost I will be running water injection. I will be running nothing cutting edge, just a PES t28 kit, EBC, clamped MAP and forged pistons. I've heard some stories about people running water injection to gain hp(more boost, timing etc), having the pump quit on them and losing their motor so I am a little hesitant to use it as a substitute for race gas at this point.

Default You can wire in an optional flow sensor that will alarm you should flow stop for any reason, clogged

tip, pump quit, out of water/alch, etc.

Default Hmm, I'll look into that. Any logs while running water injection and race programs?

How safe do you feel doing it?

Default Ambients here are in the 40's this time of year. I feel very safe running the race program on pump.

The real telling will be running it in the summer not now
I know of at least one APR Stg III owner who runs race on pump during the colder months without running WI....
I don't have any logs but I have monitored for timing pull and get zeros across all cylinders.
