Default way to improve fronttrak handling?

1999 A41.8T
Problems/Areas for improvment
-Every time I exceed 100 mph the car shakes.
-I hate this understeer - need to make it more neutral.
-Need better steering response
-Need better suspension response - tired of this cushy ride
-Brakes thinking stock size rotors vented and cross drilled with porsche boxster calipers
-more weight removal - Ive removed everything out of the trunk including the carpeting - need to find a way to remove the hard sound deadening
also engine covers were removed and Im considering moving the battery to the trunk to help distribute the weight

are there any aluminum suspension pieces on the market?
would doing a little bit of swiss cheesing to the huge reartrapezoid link help?(if done in moderation)
What tires are the grippiest? pirelli or michelins
What coilover kit is the best for handling - not necessarily comfort
does any company make diffuser trays for a4's or any similar audis?

Any other ideas? what free mods could I do and in what order should I do the more expensive ones?

Default for getting power to the ground LSD helps...

Not the hallusinating kind...

but:
Limited slip differential

Default 2wd A4 might be fwd but at least the engine isnt transversely mounted...

The longitudinal position gives alot better balance, so even though we dont get the mad HP turbo kits like the TT we do get better weight transfer

Especially if we ran the whole track. I dont know how well you drive but aI do know how well I drive - But as you know I am a bit more mature than most here so..... What did you do put the 100hp blowoff valve on? Mine is with Dahlback as we speak.

Default Bring it, grandpa.

=P

When you pick it up, stop by my place on the way back down.

I put a little bit more than a little blowoff valve on...I've got neons, LED's and strobes, too.
