Default went to drags in friday night

Finally got around to get to drag strip.

running only 18-19psi mark

all my runs i got was 12.3-12.6 mark & 116mph.

This am am very happy with as the whole project i wanted to run quick with lower boost levels
Old setup i got was 12.1 on 26 psi.

I tried one run in 26 psi but lost a lot of power once i changed into 3rd gear, due to intake temp climbing and has set the charge temp parameter in autronic a little low.

Also suffered bad 60ft times due to excessive wheel spin on launch.

So i will have to retune the setup, probably to drop some power in midrange to reduce the wheel spin, and setup boost map to be relative to wheel speed, that way run lower power in 1st and 2nd gears.

all in all was a good night and surprized my self
with a 12.4 pass first run as i thought with the boost level i was running on a street trim car i might of only got a flat 13 to high 12 at best.

should be some good quick numbers to come soon.

Default And man is his machine fast...

Drives like a pro...

Machine produces so much G around 4k and up (to 8K) that you need a Air Force G suit!

On the street the white lines come so fast you think your in hyperspace...and that is on the low boost setting.

Now just to find some $$$ to make my ride half as fast and i'll be happy =)

Default Pretty good runs for 18-19psi.

At this point I cant run more then 12psi and even with that I have to coast 1/4 of the track for a 12.9 at 112.

Glad to see your back at the track....

Default I'm agreeing with you... The fact that so many...

guys think that more boost is an effective way to get gains, but unless you have a set of good flowing head(s) all you do is build pressure and heat. What cfm did your head flow when done?

I cant remember now, it was some time ago.

with oversize schrick vales was like something good for 330HP in normally aspirated.

Since then i got larger farrea valves.
