what can i do performance wise with $$2000 without voiding
warranty is my main concern..what parts will give my car the best bang for the buck without voiding that terrible thing..oh and i have a 2000 s4

Depends on which way you want to go, performance wise.......
Any way you go, there's a certain part of your warranty that will go with it.
You could do a Front brake upgrade, but that would obviously nix the brake system to a certain degree off the warranty.
You could do a clutch, but not necessarily smart in order, you'd want the power before the clutch (hopefully).
You could do chip/bpv/snub mount/dts/cat-back exhaust & some other stuff, but then the engine warranty would be threatened. Or downpipes & a cat-back, would be around $2k depending on model/brand.
