What happened to vortrag?

Do they still exist? I've been trying to hit their website to check out their S4 suspension bits, but it apparently no longer exists.

I suppose I could call them, but that's almost like work.

They are out of business...Stasis carries some of their products

They bought many of the old Vortrag designs and have expanded the brake and suspension offerings.
