My 06 S4 should come in within the month of August and I need your opinions on what I should do with my car. I was thinkng about getting both Milltek catback and downpipes. In regards to those I would like to know wether you recommend non-resonated or resonated pipes. I am also looking to get an aftermarket air filter, chip, and diverter valves. My question in regard to those is wether I should get all of those and what company I should get the parts from. I am debating between getting rims or parts. I am leaning towards parts but your opinions would greatly help me. Thanks.

Why do you need a diverter valve? Have they decided to put the RS6 engine in?

resonated/non-resonated will only effect the sound. it all depends on how loud/deep you want your exhaust tone to be. Milltek is nice, but you might also want to check out the Eisenmann while you are at it.
