Well wanted to know what kind of problems i would be facing if I change the Throttle Body on my car (2003 a4 1.8t). I was thinking of doing a TB swap but not sure if my Revo software or if my car will accept the change. If any one knows what might happen if I swap my TB i would really appreciate it. Trying to make something work but want to know what i might expect to happen.

Im building a Custom Intake manifold and put a bigger throttle body on it. Just wanted to know ahead of time what are some problems that a bigger throttle body will cause the car to do...im putting everthing together between today and tomorrow so i guess i will ahve to wait till i install it to see what some of my problems might be.

I'm not sure what to tell you, unfortunately. I guess my first thought is to run the hardware the software is designed for. Or, if you're hell bent on doing this, I'd call your software company, tell them what you have in mind, and see what suggestions they have for you. They know your chip better than anyone else and you might benefit from them doing all the testing for you. Hell, it's worth a phone call.
