What would need to be replaced to use 100W bulbs? New relays, a switch, ????

Relays and wires...
Is this for low beams or high beams? 100 watt low beams will blind on coming drivers even if the lights are properly aimed.
However, the link below has a good write up explaining how to wire in high wattage lights.

http://catalog.com/susq/</a

I assume projectors mean Xenon, if so ...
Then that means you're upgrading the high beams which are non-xenon.
Therefore, you'll only be blinding people with your high beams and I don't think the increased wattage will make that much of a difference to the blinded oncoming driver(humour).
The only way (that I know) of increasing the Xenon lights is by changing the ballast for the Xenon lights. That if it could be done it wouldn't be cheap.
However, as an alternative you could add a several expensive driving lights to the front of your car (including the Rallye 4000 Motorsport at $690.00 or the FF1000 HID driving lights at $550.00 (US), rated at 35w) to solve your high speed night driving thrills. But, they would only be a high beam activated solution.
Sorry, I digress and I just realised that this is probably overkill for what you want but, they're options.
Cheers

Re: True, but that also happens with regular bulbs, just to a lesser degree.
Yes, they are very bright. You have to realise that we're talking about competition wattage bulbs that are used by the off road/desert racer/road racer crowd. The rally guys typically use 55w on the lows so not to attract the police. The rally/racing/off road guys rely on the high beams and additional driving lights for super nova like lighting.
