What's the differnce between Bilstein's HD and Sport shocks? TIA

ride height....
the sports are shorter for use with shorter springs. using hd with short springs will put them out side their operating range. also there are slight valving differences.

i have to say no...
i have the nue/bilsteins and eibach prokit springs. on the stock perche settings i have about a 1.4 inch drop. if you use the hd shocks with these springs you'll have the same drop, but the shocks will be compressed to the point that you'll have very hard compression damping but very little rebound damping. this will give you a harsh but floaty ride. right up until you blow up one of the gas chamber seals!

NO
The ride height will be the same. The piston is shorter on the Sports, but it doesn't affect ride height.
Sports are to be used with lowering springs. Using HD"s with a lowering spring will run the risk of bottoming the shock out. Bilstein doesn't warranty them in this case.
