When i re-do my suspension what is everything i should do
also are coil-overs more effective then just normal springs. i live in a climate that changes everyday. it could be nice and hot one day and snow 15 in. the next day (actually happened this year). what should i buy to put in

Coilovers will give you full adjustability, this also depends on which coilovers you get.
Some only allow you to adjust the height, while others allow you to adjust both height and ride harshness.
Height (up and down)
Ride (firm and soft)
If the climate really changes everyday like you say then maybe coilovers aren't the best thing. You will have to adjust them everyday to your climate. That can be pain. With springs you are stuck with that height. The tradeoff is of course full adjustability.
Personally I would go with coilovers.
