where do we get oil and water fittings and lines?
 

for aftermarket turbos? and also the flange that mates aftermarket turbo w/ internal wastegate?

i really don't want to make one up with die grinder.

you could probably make your own if you know the thread sizes. I would guess any turbo shop would be able to help you out as well.

What kind of turbo is this for? If it's for a T3 (or T3/T4), then you can also get the internal wastegate assembly from ATP, turbonetics, etc.

most farm, tractor, heavy mechinery suply shop makes custom lines. Bring all the stuff you need to match the lines up and they will make them up in front of you.

Pegasus actually has a nice kit to measure exactly what you need, as far as the -AN size, and they have different colored/shaped connectors & such, too.

i had it in the storage for some time -

anyway, I have some spare time and i wanted to get all the neccessary stuff now.

I am not sure if i should get it from ATP, they are kinda expensive - well over $100 plus i keep hearing they are always too short. I was thinking of using the existing ones but somehow i know i will run into problems with that.

that turbo exhast adapter plate to make a downpipe, i bought a stainless plate 5" x 8" by 3/8" thickness, and I was going to make it myself - have plasma cutter and die grinder.

i didn't know ATP had one, do you know its way better than the one I am about to make?

btw, how do you know which one is the OIL supply and return and water supply and return on the turbo?

do you need pic of it to tell?

Usually, the oil inlet is on the top...
 

outlet on the bottom, and the water is on the sides.

The water supply and return should have the same size ports on the turbo, the oil in should be smaller than the oil out (which requires a flange)

At least, that's how it is on a T3/T4.

The wastegate that ATP has will only work on a T3 exhaust housing, so I don't know if it will work for your turbo. Does your turbo already have a wastegate in it?

turbo has internal wastegate, i need the adapter plate that mates with exhaust side of the turbine to so that i can make a downpipe and hook it up to the exhaust system.

should i have a gasket for this?

the oil, water lines are same on this one, makes perfect sense now - i wasn't sure before.
