Who sell's a silicone hose kit for the 2000 S-4 ?

Samco does, and you can get it at www.stratmosphere.com.
It's sorta hard to find, though, you may have to do a search. It's included with the MTM Stage 3 kit, but also available separately.
Why do you want the hose kit? It currently doesn't replace to 2 most failure-prone pieces, the TBB and the F hose. They may have a TBB replacement out soon, but I'm unsure about the latter. And, the TBB problems have probably been fixed with the new clamps and T replacement part. Not to mention, 2 of the hoses are reportedly a *bitch* to install.
