Why am I running rich? (stage three 1.8T) Eratic air/fuel ratio.

I recently dyno'd my car and was disappointed with the air/fuel ratio being so inconsistent. I'm hoping some of you might be able to help diagnose the problem in order to create a more consistent air/fuel ratio.
I have MTM stage three. This includes software, 5 bar FPR, Bosch F5DP0R plugs, ported/polished OEM manifold, 3" downpipe, race cat, Milltek exhaust and K04. Keep in mind I did not get everything from MTM, so it's not TRUELY a full MTM system, however everything they spec is what I have on there. I've retained the OEM injectors thus far.
One potential problem is the FMIC. MTM has built their stage three to be used with the OEM side-mount intercooler, and I have a FMIC. This might be a problem, but I don't know.
Also, this chart was run with the older spark plugs in it, not the new ones I referenced above. That might make a difference in the air/fuel ratio, but I certainly cannot feel a difference after putting the new plugs in.
I logged a few minutes of track time with a VAG-COM a couple days ago. That info is in an Excel spreadsheet. If anyone would be willing to look at it I'd be happy to e-mail it to you.
Additionally, I hope to do some more data logging in the next day or two with a wideband sensor and get a much higher sampling rate.
I'm not really sure what my next step is. I really want to make this work with the current software since I don't want to have to buy another chip. But, if I have to move to another tuner's software to get this to work, that's what I'll do.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
