Will I see much gain by going to FK coils from Eibach Pro/Nuesped/Bilsteins?

I also have front and rear sways along with a cross tower strut brace. I get a lot of understeer and have never been all that happy with the Eibach Pro kit along with the Neuspeed/Bilstein set up. Will the FK's help in the understeer or should I remove the strut brace? I drove an S4 with Intrax suspension - it was a world of difference probably because the car was so much faster
And yes - I would get the fully adjustable Konigsport.

Not much
The ride will be noticeably more comfortable due to the shocks supplied with the FK kit.
You could reduce some of your understeer by replacing your aftermarket front sway bar with your stock front sway bar.
I've heard that the FK springs supplied with their coilover kits will promote even MORE understeer. Double check the spring rates that they supply. You'll want a noticeably more firm rate in the rear to help reduce the understeer.
