FIXED! and new problem...
I'm still not quite sure how, but one of my friends is amazing. He pulled the stupid thing out with his fingers....imagine that. There was just a little bit hanging out, it was almost flush, maybe 1mm max and not even all the way around just at one part. Car runs now, but I've got some exhuast leaks to work out b/w the turbo/DP...used a rubber homeade gasket, don't think thats what I needed. I have a metal one that I think should work. I think they sent the one for the internal wg, and i have external, but both sets of bolt patterns are there, so I think I can still use it. Will give an update when I know more. Unfortunately, I managed to sheer off a turbo stud trying to tighten the DP, so I will have to figure out that one...I am NOT taking the turbo off...If I can't drill it out, I am praying that 4/5 studs should be enough...
Thanks for all the help

It's a custom t3/t4b
Haven't figured out programming yet. Right now I am limiting boost to 10psi on my chipped ECU. I will prob upgrade to x4rtic's PES programming, injectors, and maf housing, assuming I can afford it! Will post pics soon, if it stops smoking. I really hope I'm not burning oil, but it sure seems like i might be.

http://vwturbo.com/totm/maytotm03.asp</a
