I forget what the upper mount looks like on the A4. Does it have a hole (like the upper mount of a B2, B3, and B4 chassis), or is there a plate in the way that needs to be drilled out...I really don't think it'd be a big deal. Just make sure that the damper bodies are the same diam. otherwise I think you'll need to make a couple spacers. IE, on the rear of the CQ, you need to drill out the sheet metal above the mount, and make spacers to use the sport "yellow" ext. top adjust in the rear. Fronts are already ext. top adjust.

Default There is a plate/body in the way. No worries on..

<center><img src="https://www.audiworld.com/tech/pics/wheel28-front4.jpg"></center><p>the damper bodies, same size. Plus I just need an access hole to get the top of the damper shaft.
Pic is what the body looks like right above the front damper, courtesy of Frank Sheperson. The hole would be between the two red circles.
