Default MTL works great for me...

The shockproof is around the same viscocity as the mtl, I can't tell the difference. Be careful with the formulations.

Ask them what the spec is ordinarily for your car. MT is gear oil rather than atf replacement, in that case the shockproof is an ok blend.

BTW, the Saab crowd ran mtl in a gear oil box and destroyed several before they figured it out.

I like MTL too, but lately I'm curious about that blue stuff (shock proof)

Default Transverse boxes

I just did a quick check with some VW/Audi tranny specialists (sad that that is even a money maker): MTL is the wrong formulation (not ATF gearbox as we said), they use the VW/Audi G 50 synthetic #G 005 000. But be sure and check with you local stealer.
