Default xr4tic... I thought you might be interested to hear this..

I was reading my book on the way home tonight (maximum boost by corkey Bell).. Well, I was reading the Intake manifold section and he said for a turbo system you will generally find the best results with long runners, which provide a broad, flat torque curve at low speeds, while the turbo keeps the top end strong.. thought youd like to hear that considering some on the board thought your long length setup would be a problem.. Really, looking forward to hearing all about your setup when its all done..

Default I thought he was using a ATP manifold that is cast.

Stephen up in canada is using a equal length manifold.

Default The runner length Bell is talking about is from valve to plenum...

Once you get into the plenum all the tuning pulses are intermingled and have no more effect on cylinder filling.
