Zimmermann drilled rotors, who had problems with them........?
After approx. 500 mls all 4 rotors cracked! I run with Mintex reds, proper bedding, proper wheeltorque etc etc, all according to the "book".
I understand that these rotors are not drilled but that the holes are cast. So what's going on here? Anybody else?

Who told you the holes were cast? The salesman, or Zimmermann?
I'd start doing some checking, starting with the place you bought the rotors from.
Yet another reason to not buy x-drilled rotors...

Re: pic 3 ...

Unless it's the lighting, it looks like the 2nd hole on the outer circumference is not chamfered.
Chamfering is absolutely necessary to prevent areas of high localized stress where cracks would initiate. On a rotor with cast holes, I'd assume that the all the beveled edges would be "cast in". This hole looks like it was drilled and then someone forgot to take out that sharp edge.
Worse yet, even if the holes are drilled and chamfered, it would be almost impossible to chamfer the inside (vane side) of each hole.
