Default Printers... what's everyone using for making prints at home?

I'm getting sick of the streaky output from my Canon Pixma Pro9000.

When it's working properly the quality is great, but that's becoming more and more rare.

What is everyone here using? Have you been happy with it?

Default Nothing - I don't bother printing at home anymore

Better output from the local stores/online vendors.

Default I agree, and anything important does get professionally printed, but sometimes I just want a...

quick print to give someone on the spot or to put in a frame for a short while at home.

Default Agree, I don't make more than a handful of prints/enlargements a year...

For those I just take my card to the store and make good quality prints there. It is cheap and easy.

Default EPSON R320

it's the GF's and i only use it about 2-3 times per month.

works great IMO but seems to burn through ink at an amazing rate. i guess that's typical though for such a small printer.

Default I have an Epson 2400.

If I do everything right, it produces great results.

Default For that stuff I just send it to Costco...

Prints are available in an hour. Mostly I just don't want to deal with purchasing all the crap I need to properly print at home.

Default I sitll have my old Epson 785. Ink is inexpensive, and the output is photo quality.

Only downside is it's relatively slow, but again, the output is worth it.
