Default 2015 Q3 and Apple CarPlay
Has anyone had experience installing Apple CarPlay on a 2015 Q3? I would like to install it, but don't want to lose the features of a backup camera, etc.

Any advice or words of wisdom are greatly appreciated!

Can't help with the Apple side , but I've just put Android Auto on my phone and am happy with that. If there's a way to add it into the MMI, I'd love to know!

Bump again. I would really like to know if it's possible to add Apple CarPlay to a 2015 Q3.

Not with the standard MMI. As far as I know there are no aftermarket upgrades here in the US which are compatible with the MOST network used by Audi and MB.

You cannot. But you can connect your iPhone via Bluetooth and use it that way. It will show some metadata on screen when Media is selected. The new Audi models support Apple Car Play. This goes for Android Auto as well.
I just use my phone connected via Bluetooth and works great.

You can by replacing the display unit (plug-and-play) for $575.
