The 2019 orders appear to have been built and shipped already. Any new orders appear to be only available for 2020. Local dealer got 10 2019 (in transit) and are taking orders for 2020 only.

Well that def sucks if I get a 2019 and within 1-2 month everyone has 2020s. I’m gonna reach out to the dealer.

Other than a couple of options, I don't think 2019 and 2020 should not be substantially different. Trying to get a hold of the ordering guide so I can compare.

Are you buying it now only to sell it in a couple of years? If so perhaps a lease is better

Food for thought - just because orders for 20’s will go live (they aren’t yet), doesn’t mean they will hit streets quickly. Audi routinely will hold new model year cars at port until current model year supply is all but exhausted. They do this time and time again. Happened this year with MY19 Q5/SQ5, for example as well as A3’s

To be honest... no idea when I may or may not sell it... from my point of view I always want maximum value for what I’m getting though. If they in fact hold them at port for months this is will be a non issue.

I just hope to be able to by the 2019/20 Q3 in late December. It's crazy they have taken this long to bring these cars to the USA.
