Buy it again?
Looking at purchasing a 2022 S line. Currently own a 2015 Prestige and we love it. Owners of the 2019-2022, would you buy this vehicle again? Thanks

Oh hell yea. Love my 2020 Q3

My '19 has been a hoot to drive and rock solid! Perfect for a trip to wine country!

Love my 2022 Premium Plus S-line. Can't say the MMI is without its quirks. That is the only disappointment. Strangely the car recognizes my wife or I only some of the time when we get in. Also the system can take way to long to boot up then the next time boots up immediately. My sales rep tells me his Q3 is the same.
So love the car but not the electronic dash. Audi needs to hire better programmers. |
I have a '20 Premium Plus with 15k miles and it has been pretty reliable. Around 5k miles, the front rotors warped and needed replaced. Other than that, zero issues.
It's great to look at, decently fun to drive for an SUV, and has a very comfortable high quality interior. I'm very pleased. But, according to Consumer Reports, owner satisfaction is not good. And the Tiguan, which is built on the same platform, has been dreadful. So, proceed with caution. |

Hard to believe... My 2019 has been wonderful.

We picked up our 2020 Technik S Line in December, 2019. I have enjoyed driving the car: it is quiet and smooth with adequate power and handling for my needs. It has been mechanically trouble free for 13k km and the build quality was excellent.
As we know, this is a new model and there could be a few problems in the first production vehicles. There are TSBs for issues such as the start/stop malfunction, leaking sunroof and other, mostly minor, faults. The only (extremely) trivial issues with our car have been: 1. the windshield washer fluid jets were aimed a little too low and that was corrected at an oil change. 2. once every two months or so after backing up, the passenger mirror does not return to its exact starting position after it tilts down to see the curb – it is off by just a tiny amount. 3. if there is pooling water on the road after a heavy rain, either blind spot warning light in the mirrors can randomly flash on and off. That’s it. Pretty solid. When we shopped for a small SUV with good outward visibility, lots of safety features, comfy and supportive seats, nice interior and exterior appeal, no run flat tires and a spare tire (no mobility kit), the choice was pretty clear. Would I buy another? Ans: yes. |

But now, almost 7-years later, I think it is time to buy new again because there have been so many improvements and safety additions. One item that we do NOT have on our 2016 is a heated steering wheel, and I haven't seen a heated steering wheel mentioned in Premium Plus. Is it available as part of a package, or is extra? |
