Lease Help?
Hey guys, just got a quote from dealer (36 mo / 10k):
'18 Q3 Quattro Premium
$38,235 MSRP
$35,735 Cap Cost ($2,500 off)
.00155 MF (started at .00188 until I called him on it, gotta love these guys)
62% RV
Bank acq fee: $825
Payments:
$1,467 drive-off (this is after applying a $500 rebate)
$454 / month post tax
Questions are as follows:
1) Do these MF and RVs look right? Believe they are base level but confirmation would be great.
2) Is a bank acq fee a tack on that should be removed? Isn't this is a 100% profit margin item?
3) How much more aggressive can he go on cap cost? $2,500 off seems very light given full model redesign coming soon. Would love to know where people think he has room to.
In general this initial offer strikes me as sort of terrible.

Gotcha, what's confusing me is another dealer quoted me a lease for similar model but fees were limited to registration. So acq fee not charged. Isn't that negotiable? Thought that was a classic tack-on.

The acquisition fee is set by the bank, not the dealer. All leases through Audi will have the fee.
