Q3 Question......
I just purchased a 2018 Q3, the other day, and love it so far. Today was the first day I drove it to work, and with the chilly weather in the NE, I turned on the heat. I had it at 74 degrees, and initially it was nice and toasty. After about 10 minutes, it started to get somewhat cooler. I turned up the heat, and it stayed cool. My husband drove it this evening, and said he had to put the heat on "hi" to get it toasty. Is this norma?? I had an A4 and VW's prior to this, and never had this happen. I know Audi's can be somewhat quirky, so I am not discounting a "quirky" heating system. Thank you!

The setting for 74F is not a setting for how warm to make the air from the vents, but a goal for the cabin comfort just like a house's thermostat. The climate control will pump out more heat while it thinks the cabin is below the set temperature, and then taper off once it thinks it has reached its goal.
