I joined so I could get info for my girlfriend about the Q3. Her kids damaged the rear vent at the back of the center console, so I have ordered another (thankfully I work for a chain of dealerships and can get parts from a sister Audi dealership at cost + 10%).

Has anyone replaced theirs or know of a DIY video. The last thing I want to do is damage something trying to get the old one out.

I ordered it from an Audi dealer, had a tech at my dealership install it.

I've left that business, retired, no more parts or labor discounts :-(
