Upgrade 2018 Q3 head Unit

Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to upgrade to a touch screen and or with car play? I have MMI no Navi. Haven’t been able to find anything or anyone that knows. Thanks.

RSNAV.COM has a replacement unit for the Q3, that has a larger touch screen, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. About $599. It replaces the existing screen and is plug-and-play.
