Default 14” SQ5, time to replace struts?

I just hit 60k with my 2014 SQ5. After driving my wife’s 18 Q5 I am thinking the ride is harsh. I know that the SQ is supposed to have a rougher ride but I am thinking it may be time to replace struts. Anyone have ideas on longevity of these and any recommendations on anything beyond OEM?
Thanks!

The Gen 2, 2018+, Q5 was designed to have a softer ride than the Gen 1.

SQ5 sport dampers will have less compliance than the Q5. I have 67k and still think it drives as new.

without visual inspection of the struts, its really hard to determine if your struts are gone. But you can always do the bounce check:
