New Michelin Pilot Super Sport sizes
Well it looks like Michelin will be making at least 2 new PSS sizes:
BMW X5 M (F85) and X6 M (F86) [Official Thread] - Specs, Wallpapers, Photos, Videos
These just so happen to be the right diameter for Q5. Now fitting under the fenders is another matter. 
Hopefully this means there might be even more sizes coming out. 285/35/21 would be excellent on a 21x10 wheel at all four corners.

Non-runflat Michelin Pilot Super Sport UHP tires (front: 285/35 R21 Y, rear: 325/30 R21 Y).
