It is rather surprising that Audi doesn't make available the PDF formats of their documentation. I mean, those very same printed manuals start their lives as electronic files.
Perhaps, the OP could actually contact Audi, and see whether they would send a printed manual to them?

PDFs appeared in late 2015 and were not available when the theme opened in 2013, so I don’t see the purpose of your answer after 9 years
And you can get everything directly from Audi USA, all you need is a VIN number
