I think the back gate is behaving in an odd way. Sometimes it will not open when I use the button on the handle even though all of the doors are unlocked.
Sometimes the button on the key will not open the gate either, even though all of the doors are unlocked.
The button on the key is never able to close the gate, only open it. Is that normal? I think it should be able to close the gate as well.
Anyone have similar experiences?

The rear tailgate can not be closed using the key fob. It can only be closed by pressing the button on the tailgate. This is "normal" for Audi Q7's and Q5's, but not standard among auto manufacturers, as most other manufacturers permit the closure of the tailgate remotely.
