Default 2015 Q5 Lease money factor/ residual

We're looking at a 2015 Q5 2.0T Premium Plus, with options stickering at $49,020.

Price is down to $43,500 + $825 for AudiCare maintenance.
42 month residual at 51%
10k/yr
... but when I try to back into the money factor, I'm getting something ridiculous like .0025.

That doesn't smell right... as if they cut the price and hope that I won't look at the factor?

Am I missing something here? I'm a first time leaser and a first time Audi buyer.

I'm thinking the money factor should be no more than .0012 with pristine credit. Am I off base?

A lease is a fleece.

At $43k and change, buy it.
